Leadership studies have gained increased importance during the last couple of decades, as has become more and more evident that leadership plays a crucial role and goes beyond pure employee productivity and organizational performance. Leaders and leadership in contemporary business are an important link in gaining and maintaining the much needed competitive edge and competitive advantage.
